Riffle Washer

Apart from washing the raisins, the role of this machine is to remove all the heavier materials than raisins (i.e. stones etc.). This is succeeded with several traps along the length of the machine. The system with the traps can be raised up with a pair of handles in order to remove all the trapped materials. 

The used water is collected into a stainless steel tank and one part of this water remains in the tank and is used again and the other part is replaced by fresh water. 

It is completely constructed by stainless steel AISI 304.
