Pre-Stem Remover

The purpose of this machine is to perform the first stage of removal of stems. The removal rate of the machine is adjusted to the quality of the raisins. 

It is consisted of a cone shaped frame in vertical position. The cone can be opened into two parts in order to be cleaned. Inside the cone there is a couple of stainless steel screens and knives. The knives are rotated inside the screens and rub the raisins between screens and knives. This way the stems can be removed from the raisins. 

It is completely constructed by stainless steel AISI 304.
